This page documents a residential roof replacement in The Colony, Texas, photographed during the tear-off and decking phase on May 12, 2026. The aerial view above shows the property mid-project, with the old shingles removed, plywood decking exposed across the roof planes, and the crew working on top. The on-the-ground angle below shows the same job from the front of the house with the crew installing on a steep dormer.

The work shown is a full residential reroof — not a repair, not a partial replacement. The May 12 photos show tear-off, exposed decking, and underlayment work in progress. Frame's standard reroof continues from this stage with deck inspection, replacement of any damaged plywood, shingle installation from eaves to ridge, and detailing around penetrations, flashing, and ridge caps. The final shingle, flashing, and ridge-cap finish is not visible in these photos. Frame photographs jobsites during the work, not only at the finish, so homeowners and prospective customers can see what each phase looks like in real time.
